CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order moves into processing and dispatch and can no longer be cancelled.
HOW TO CANCEL
Email info@juncollc.ae with your order number within the 2 hour window. Once we confirm the cancellation, we will process your refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

If your order has already been processed or delivered, our Return and Exchange Policy applies.
