ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link are available at checkout where supported by your device. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.
CURRENCY
All prices and payments are in AED.
VAT AND INVOICES
All prices include 5% VAT. A tax invoice is provided with every order. If you need the invoice addressed to your company, email info@juncollc.ae with your order number.
WHEN YOU ARE CHARGED
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved, and you will receive a confirmation email.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Payments are handled by Stripe over a secure, encrypted connection. We do not receive or store your full card details. All credit and debit card details and personal identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. Junco Trading LLC will not pass any debit or credit card details to third parties.
FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Check your card details and available balance or use another card. Contact your bank if the problem continues.
PRICING
We work to keep all prices accurate. If we find an error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing so you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.
