Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the online store at shop.juncogroup.com (the “Store”), operated by Junco Trading LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Store, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Store.
KEY CONDITIONS
· United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law.
· Visa and Mastercard and AED will be accepted for payment.
· We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
· Customers using the website who are minor, under the age of 18, shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
· Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
ACCOUNTS
When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being closed.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you have become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND VAT
All prices are shown in AED and include 5% VAT. A tax invoice is provided with every order. If you need the invoice addressed to your company, email info@juncollc.ae.
We work to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate. Errors can happen. When we find a pricing or description error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Product specifications and images are provided by the manufacturer. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety data sheets when using any product.
ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or where we identify an error, and in that case we will refund any amount already paid.
PAYMENT, DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND RETURNS
Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy. Delivery is covered in our Delivery and Shipping Policy. Your options to cancel or return are set out in our Cancellation Policy and Return and Exchange Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Store and its content, features, and functionality are and will remain the property of Junco Trading LLC and its licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Store may contain links to third party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and we accept no liability for any loss connected with their use.
DISCLAIMER
Your use of the Store is at your own risk. The Store is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Junco Trading LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or the products bought through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will post the updated version on this page. By continuing to use the Store after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
