Goods once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the case of any manufacturing defects, items in original packing, with the tax invoice, may be exchanged or returned.
REPORTING A DEFECT
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, email info@juncollc.ae within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

• The item in its original, unused condition and packaging
• Your tax invoice or order number
HOW IT WORKS
Once we receive your report, we will review it and let you know the next step. Where a defect is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange or a refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout, once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
