DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, orders are delivered across the UAE within 2-3 business days. Orders are delivered by our own team or a delivery partner, depending on availability on the day.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please check your order on delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, keep the item in its original packaging and contact us within 7 days so we can put it right. See our Return and Exchange Policy for more.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If the delivery cannot be completed because the address is wrong or no one is available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Goods once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the case of any manufacturing defects, items in original packing, with the tax invoice, may be exchanged or returned.

REPORTING A DEFECT

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, email info@juncollc.ae within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

HOW IT WORKS

Once we receive your report, we will review it and let you know the next step. Where a defect is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange or a refund.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout, once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
